Why, when i have retail managment experience, years of general work experience, and i am pretty handy on a computer did i get a job at morrisons. I have 0 responibility, so any problem that arises i have to call a supervisor. These toothless trolls are of no use, and have no idea how to run anything. I could do a better job. Except i cant because i have literally no responsibility. I cant believe how midless it is. Maybe when i was 17 i could have coped with a few hours, but i am too old, and have too many better jobs to cope with it now.
There must be an easier way of making money. |

Well.
It's been a long time since i updated my lj. Still in a happy place (with the exception of work). Uni is going well although it is hard.
Things that have happened since last update. Been to amsterdam a couple of times, moved in with rachel, rachel entered a competition to win your dream, she won said competition, we are going cage diving with great white sharks off seal island in south africa. Tbh all the exposure sharks are having on tv of late is not helping. What happens in the bit of water above the cage? Thats what i want to know. Sharks could get you if they wanted to.

I am happy again now. Life is going fairly well. No to be honest love life is going well, so i don't care about anything else. Her name is Rachel, she is a little bit older than me and we get on really, really well. I should try to not get all serious with her so fast, but i could honestly cope with living with her already. Her mum suggested it in a round about way, we have already been on holiday together. We sleep together nearly every night. We agree on most things, but can disagree without having a massive argument. She is intelligent, witty, attractive. I've not felt this way so quickly about someone, and nobody has been quite so perfect before. I have loved somebody before, so i knew how i felt after a week or 2. I tried not to be clingy, or come on too strong, so as not to scare her off. But it turns out she feels the same way. I am slightly paranoid that she is further on in life than me. She has a degree and is working towards being a charted accountant. I am in my first year of uni. I could really do with getting a decent full time computer job and learning to drive. She drives me everywhere and has more money than me. I am not jealous, but i do wish i was maybe in my final year at uni. I have wasted too many years not getting anywhere career wise. Not wasted, i have learned lots of things. But i am not where i want to be. I would like to be able to see a clear path in the future. A career, or academic path. I will be 26 when i get a degree. its a bit too late. I am living at my parents again. I loved my own flat. I need to have my own space! |

Well....
It has been a very long time since i wrote anything so i am just going to splurge it all out here.
1.) I need somone else to live with, me and andi will be moving into our new house in the next few weeks and we need somone. However i am really not into living with any blokey blokes, party animals, people with questionable personal hygiene. Basically i want a fine smelling doormat of a person who likes tidying up and telling me i am great. This person has yet to make themselves known, so if anyone knows where they are hiding tell me.
2.) I have nowhere near enough money to actually afford this new house. i earn £90 a week working in air circus, the rent is £65. so thats roughly £100 a month for food and bills. This doesnt seem too bad until one takes account of my at least £50 phone bill broadband contact, shoe fetish and expensive food tastes. I will get my student loan in september i hope so i may have too live on credit for a few months. My credit card is gonna take a battering.
3.)Need to sell things. I have:
a DENON AVR 1802- which is a home cinema digital amplifier.
Surround sound rears and centre.
Paradigm sub-woofer
LG 4750 DVD player
Squire fat telecaster 25th anniversary
everything has original box manual remote etc i never throw anything away.
4.) got some exams for uni and general sorting out of stuff so i can get a loan next year.
5.) Still with patti although i am a big meanie. she is my boo. I lopve her a ridiculously large amount. She didnt even laugh at me when i chucked a whitey getting my ear pierced like a big wooooooooosssy.
6.)need new clothes gettin bored with just skater style. i think i need to take the whole james look in a new direction. dunno where though. |

I am learning so much at uni. And also realising i knew stuff i didn't realise i knew.
I have started playing with flash and making animations of low to apauling quality, but i strive towards mediocrity. Also playing with fruity loops for which mr wires was kind enough to run a messenger tutorial. Many presents going his way.

I am really ill. As a symptom of my cold, my hair appears to have turned blue an purple, any quack diagnosis gratefully received. Looking forward to mels bufty although I may be all ill at everyone and infect them with my bizarre hair changing virus.More colour in the world would be good. |

Patti has got me thinking about Boobies. They are both a useful tool, a squeezy sex toy and a way of making me and most men do things. they are declining in use in the baby feeding arena due to a plethora of formula milk. This lack of use , one would assume would according to evolutionary theory mean that breasts will grow smaller. However modern medicine is countering this threat using silicon and cosmetic breast enlargement so it probably cancels out. Ah i'm far less worried now LJ is so cathartic. These ideas though mean we are trading big lactating mommas for silicon barbie dolls (former barbie shape thankyou Patti). Silicon breasts don't look too hot and I've been assured feel even worse so women of the world unite, and fight the evils of pointless surgery. Obviously I am aware of the whole surgery /health risk/ foreign object in body stuff.
I love Patti's Boobies they are a triumph of titty engineering and my very own dirty pillows. |

Now I've got some time to update my livejournal properly. Just ordered an mp3 player on my credit card its called a nex IIe. Hope it's better than the last one I had(well had for a day before taking it back). I had a zillion mp3 player before which I don't advise anyone reading this to get, unless you are a fan of poorly translated korean. Actually quite hilariously translated korean, come to think of it get one they are funny. My new one came in two colours futuistic white and goth black. I obviously wanted black but these had sold out, possibly due to all the nerdy goths out there and the fact it looks much cooler. No matter it will be in my pocket anyway(and white was reduced).www.advancedmp3players.co.uk is a really good site and I would recomend it.
Handing out CV's today need a job more desperately due to my mp3 player buying antics. I suppose any retail job would be fine preferably a cool shop, or some kind of officey computer job. If I get into Uni in Feb I'll get some kind of student loan, but with both my parents working I've been assured not very much.
